TrueMethyl® oxidative bisulfite conversion enables accurate measurements of methylation. A) Standard bisulfite conversion cannot distinguish between 5mC and 5hmC, resulting in a single readout. B) TrueMethyl oxidative bisulfite conversion provides an accurate methylation profile of each.
